Grantsman.com is the website for my company, Jeffrey Lischin Consulting Services.
I am a Grants, Charter School, and Evaluation Consultant. I have a BA in Social Work, Psychology and Special Education from New York University. My fieldwork at NYU included social work and special education placements at Bellevue Psychiatric Hospital, Wiltwick School and a counseling center. I also have an MA in Teaching from the William Paterson University of New Jersey.
I help nonprofit organizations create positive outcomes for persons in need through creating, improving, and sustaining their programs. My clients range from groups working to create a charter school for low-income or special needs students to social service agencies. My goal is to achieve improved social justice for society’s neglected members. Through my work I can make a real difference in ways that I spent my entire life hoping for.
Through my work I have found a path to impacting the most egregious failings of a society that used to fill my heart with anger. I have learned that determination and compassion are more powerful than my old path of rage. I have accepted that while I can’t change the whole world I can improve the lives of countless people.
